Projectivity 3.0 New Features

An even cleaner and simpler interface: yes the interface has been improved once
more! Document management operations are now trigerred through context menus, new icons are used
for a cleaner look...

New Reporter module
: a major addition to this new version is the reporter module. With this module,
tell Projectivity to generate PDF reports for you, e.g. if you want to receive a report about a
project everyday (or every week or month) by email, Projectivity can do it. Projectivity can also
automatically create PDF reports about the activities of a resource in your company (you configure
the report through the Projectivity interface)

new interface that has been drastically improved in order to allow to you to more quickly access to
the areas that need your attention

New event notification system: with Projectivity 2.0 you can
now be notified automatically when your projects are in a certain status

New work role assigment: Projectivity 2.0 now allows you to
assign a work role to each resource in your company.

New autocreation of document structure: managing your
documents has never been easier. Projectivity now has a single document structure per
workspace. Creating a workspace can now automatically create a document structure for that
workpace: another great contribution toward easy standardisation of your company processes!
